brandan I bought this album on CD the first day it was available. I live in Arkansas, and these guys were around San Diego at the time. I used to make fun of the singer/guitarist on an old band forum. This album is excellent. It echoes Satanic Panic/Hissing Fauna era Of Montreal, and was released right around the beginning of the Ableton Live boom, before a lot of independent "bedroom" music was being muddled together. This album feels to me like the send-off of an era of pop music.
